Rethink the amount of sugar you’re going to drink today?
It’s true that you can’t see the white sugar crystals through the shiny cans or healthy printed pictures on the clean transparent juice bottles.
However, almost all beverages have huge amounts of sugar. Even cream and chocolate milk. And in many cases, juices have more sugar in them then pop drinks.
