While Bugs Bunny never dwelled on the fact that he ate a lot of carrots, despite his perpetual ability to out-perform his cartoon adversaries, those in the health food world do talk about the benefits of eating carrots.

You can eat carrots cooked or raw, and you can eat them whole, sliced, minced/shredded, or blended into a drink.

Have you ever made carrot juice with a juicer or blender? You can also add oranges, apples, or other fruits or vegetables to the health drink mix. There’s no secret to it. You just need a juicer, or a blender. If you use a blender, they say to blend them up, mix them with some water, then leave to soak for half an hour before straining the mixture and drinking it as healthy carrot juice.
