You can eat carrots cooked or raw, and you can eat them whole, sliced, minced/shredded, or blended into a drink.

You just need a juicer, or a blender. If you use a blender, they say to blend them up, mix them with some water, then leave to soak for half an hour before straining the mixture and drinking it as healthy carrot juice.
